ACTT comprises a comprehensive team of professionals from diverse disciplines who provide tailored services to address the client's mental health, substance use, vocational, and housing needs. This is achieved through evidence-based treatment methods, meticulous service planning, and tracking of outcome measures. We collaborate with various local and state agencies that conduct compliance and outcome studies for our clinical services, thereby supporting our initiative for continuous improvement in outcomes for individuals with severe mental illness who are at the highest risk of psychiatric crises and/or impacted by other social determinants of health.
