Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Principal Cloud Security Architect to join their team. As a Principal Cloud Security Architect, you will be part of the security team supporting various engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Principal Cloud Security Architect

Location: Onsite 4 days a week in one of the following locations: Greenwood Village, CO; Charlotte, NC; or St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $85-95/hour based on experience

What's the Job?

• Drive definition of cloud security vision and multi-year strategic plans.
• Design and evaluate secure software and infrastructure architectures in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Influence cloud adoption efforts to ensure scalable, resilient, and compliant security patterns.
• Lead development of security best practices and secure deployment standards for GCP workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and build security knowledge across teams.

What's Needed?

• 7-10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and application security.
• 1+ year proven technical depth in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
