Now Hiring: 24/7 Private Duty Team Location: Coopersville, MI
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am)
Client: Elderly Female
Start Date: Immediate
Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide 24/7 in-home care for a female client recovering from multiple traumatic injuries. This is a long-term private duty assignment in a home setting, ideal for those experienced in orthopedic and geriatric care.
This client will have a private duty nurse on shift to support total care. Client's Medical Overview: - Multiple Healing Fractures: Including both knees (patellae), wrist (radius, ulna, triquetrum), hand (metacarpal), ribs, sternum, spine (T11-T12), sacrum, and pelvis (bilateral ilium)
- Neurological: Concussion recovery with cognitive communication deficits and polyneuropathy
- Orthopedic Concerns: Generalized muscle weakness, joint bleeding in left knee, thoracic contusion
- Respiratory & Cardiovascular: Respiratory support needed; hypertension management; oxygen monitoring required
Position Requirements: For Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA): - Experience assisting elderly clients with limited mobility
- Capable of supporting all ADLs, hygiene, toileting, ambulation, nutrition, and companionship
- Current CPR certification
- Current Negative TB test
Shift Details: - 12-hour shifts (Day: 7am-7pm | Night: 7pm-7am)
- Full-time or part-time team members needed
- Consistent scheduling available
- MUST HAVE RELIABE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM SHIFT
