Procurement Agent
· Will assist with purchasing, receiving and other back-office procurement related functions. · Effective, proactive liaison with other relevant functions/departments to provide effective operational support and understand their needs. · Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings and process improvements. · Resolve any issues pertaining to orders, deliveries or invoices. · Assist with facilitating RFPs and ensure competitive pricing on all materials. · Other duties will be assigned as needed within the purchasing department.

Procurement Agent Qualifications:
Qualifications • High School diploma or GED required; college preferred • Basic knowledge of construction, building materials, and trucking terminology • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Coupa, Proactis, or Viewpoint a plus • Procurement experience preferred Skills • Strong customer service and communication skills • Able to manage multiple priorities with good organization and time management • Dependable, professional, adaptable, and team-oriented • Committed to safety, quality, punctuality, and continuous improvement
