In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and enduser problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth.

You will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a products lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance. For commercial products, this includes commercialization, gotomarket planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You create a healthy working environment while maximising client satisfaction and cultivate the potential in others, actively teamwork across the PwC Network.

Opportunity

As part of the Product Management team, you drive strategy and tactical execution to build industryleading systems environments that support revenue growth. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executivelevel client relations. You manage a commercially focused portfolio, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with development leaders to align technology architecture with product objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and tactical execution for product management.

What You Must Have

  • 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelors degree or, in lieu of a degree, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
