Embark on a Mission: Polara Assembler Role

Since its founding in 1996, Polara has been committed to pedestrian safety, producing the finest, ADA-compliant crosswalk devices. As a Production Line Assembler, you will be directly responsible for crafting these life-saving products and preparing them for delivery to our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Craft components by skillfully connecting parts and creating subassemblies.
• Utilize hand tools or machinery to achieve precision in part assembly.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to meet our rigorous standards.
• Precisely follow assembly guidelines as detailed in our green book guide.
• Sustain a tidy and functional work area while maintaining tools.
• Guarantee safety and cleanliness by adhering to our procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Build assemblies ensuring each connection fits perfectly, fastening parts effectively.
• Accomplish daily production objectives with dedication and efficiency.

Your Expertise:

• A focus on excellence in quality control and meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong adherence to safety management principles.
• The dexterity and coordination necessary to handle and assemble small parts with precision.

Credentials We Seek:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
