Production Supervisor

Job Requirements

•Must be able to speak and read English, communicating with employees, answering phone calls.

•Standing 8 to 10-hour shifts

•Lifting 50 lbs.

•Computer Skills

•Working with and around bakery equipment

•Conducts self as a role model

•Advise and assist the weekly creation of employee schedule

•Team player attitude with excellent writing/communication skills

•Manages employees and develops a team atmosphere

•Manages employee conflicts

•Ensure proper sanitation habits are met

•Monitors staff for proper clean up procedures

•Trouble shoots equipment and repairs if needed

•Devises and executes a plan for completion of production if equipment fails

•Assists stores if they call with special needs

•Deploys employees to ensure cross training of jobs happen

•Monitor product counts and makes adjustments as needed

•Working in a team environment

•Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
