*Position Overview*
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you will collaborate with an experienced team of psychiatrists and behavioral health clinicians to provide compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care to adult outpatients. You’ll play a key role in improving mental health outcomes in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
*Schedule & Practice Details*
* Full-Time: Minimum of 40 hours per week
* No Call Required
* Hybrid Work Model: Blend of remote and onsite work
* Primary Locations: St. Charles Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic – Bend, Oregon (360 SW Bond St.), St. Charles Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic – Redmond, Oregon (916 SW 17th St.)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting
* Provide medication management, therapeutic interventions, and patient education
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
* Utilize ancillary services and coordinate referrals as needed
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards
* Serve as a leader and ambassador of St. Charles Health System’s mission, vision, and values

*Qualifications*
*Education & Licensure*
* Completion of an approved PMHNP program with active certification
* Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
* Current DEA license with the ability to prescribe in Oregon
* BLS Certification required (ACLS if providing sedation)
* Valid driver’s license
*Preferred*
* Oregon MSN licensure
* 2+ years of experience as a PMHNP
* Epic EMR experience

Pay: $136,683.00 - $159,486.00 per year
