PURPOSE:
We are looking for a program specialist to execute tasks and activities for Hyatt's Global Quality Assurance program



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for supporting ongoing Global Quality Assurance program activities. This role will report to the Senior Manager Global QA overseeing QA programs and HyQuality product platforms. The role will have a responsibility for leading and executing tasks related to prioritized Quality Assurance administration, ongoing efforts, enhancements, and measurement initiatives. This role will manage tasks and collaborate with vendor teams and Hyatt colleagues. This individual will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and integrate activities into the overall HyQuality programs.



QA program duties:
o Creating schedules and aligning cross-functional resources
o Preparing meeting materials (often PowerPoint presentations)
o Scheduling meetings
o Taking and distributing meeting notes
o Meeting follow-up
Design, manage, and lead implementation activities for updates and expansion of the program
o Evaluation design and checklist versioning
o Evaluation checklist versioning
o Self-evaluation programing support
o Planning and oversight of evaluation pilots
o Cross-functional coordination to align future QA program strategy with on-going Brand Standard efforts
Overall program coordination and administration including:
o Management and upkeep of program information on HyattConnect, ServiceNow, and other channels as necessary
o Support of assigned ad-hoc activities for updating of program content, communications, and documentation
o Drafting program communications to field
o Answering program questions and/or routing questions to appropriate individuals
o Assisting in the prioritization of QA requests, interfacing frequently with Hyatt IT
o Invoicing (biweekly)

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of management, marketing, and leadership experience
• Experience supporting large-scale Quality Assurance or operational programs
• Strong skills in scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and meeting documentation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor partners
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar platforms for program content management
• Experience managing program information, updating content, and supporting ongoing program administration
• Strong communication skills for drafting program updates, field communication, and stakeholder correspondence
• Ability to support evaluation design, checklist updates, and QA program enhancements
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills to handle invoicing, prioritization, and ad-hoc tasks
• Demonstrated commitment to company values and ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
