Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple open roles. Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements. Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct brief screening calls as needed to confirm basic fit or interest. Collaborate with hiring managers and full‑time recruiters to align on role criteria. Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS. Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top candidates. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries. Excellent judgment and attention to detail. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
