Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative is required for a growing hydraulic equipment solutions business. 

Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative will work hybrid covering the central Texas region, with a core focus of selling hydraulic products and services into industrial markets. Products include pumps, gearboxes and motors.

The Sales Representative will ideally have a background in industrial sales, with a focus on hydraulic equipment and services.

Role for Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative

• Prospect and develop new business through in person visits and relationship building
• Sell a full portfolio of hydraulic products and services, including Hydraulic cylinders, Hydraulic pumps and motors, Rebuild and repair services
• Target industries including Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Mining, Forestry, Dirt moving and heavy equipment and Equipment rental companies
• Manage and grow an assigned territory across Central Texas
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
• Accurately track sales activity and revenue

Requirements for Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative

• Proven experience in outside sales in industrial markets
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Driving license with a clean record
• Understanding of hydraulic pumps, gearboxes, motors or hydraulic cylinders
• Based in central Texas, Dallas, San Antonio, Midland, Odessa, Houston or Waco
