Role Title: SAP CO Consultant

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Preferred Location: Have to be local to Chicago or Milwaukee for hybrid model (2 days onsite, 3 remote)

Role Description:

• Provide deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) to support global operations
• Assist in the ongoing SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation efforts
• Work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to address gaps in cost allocations, settlements, and manufacturing reporting
• Support service and repair order processes, work in progress (WIP) tracking, and cost distributions
• Participate in hybrid on-site/in-office work (2-3 days per week in Chicago required)
• Engage with project stakeholders, including IT, finance, and vendor teams (EY, Ariba)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP CO experience

Expertise in:

• Cost center accounting and internal orders
• Product costing (standard and actual)
• Settlements and allocations
• WIP, service orders, and maintenance orders
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP FI, MM, and PP
• Experience working in a hybrid and global delivery environment
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced setting
