The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for driving asset performance, executing strategic business plans, and ensuring financial targets are achieved. Additionally, this individual will actively assist in acquisitions/dispositions, and play a key role in directing the property management teams in the execution of strategic initiatives.
Multifamily experience is a must. Ideal candidates will have strong financial acumen, and an ability to make decisions and communicate effectively across all levels of a fast-paced organization.
