  • Performance Monitoring: Track financial and operational KPIs across teams; build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights to support key initiatives, new product launches, pricing strategy, and capital planning.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with functional leads (e.g., Product, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Risk, Operations) to inform planning and resource decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and board-level materials; support investor reporting as needed.
  • Scenario Modeling: Evaluate impact of various business cases, stress scenarios, and sensitivities on revenue, costs, and capital needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance; startup or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with additional perks
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible work arrangements and generous PTO
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
