Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PTC Windchill Consultant with strong expertise in PLM systems, particularly PTC Windchill and PDMLink. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, support, and enhancement of Windchill functionalities, including CAD, BOM, and Change Management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support enterprise engineering applications and integrations. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level support and functional consulting for PTC Windchill and related engineering applications. Configure and maintain Windchill PDMLink, including workflows, lifecycles, and vaulting replica setups. Administer Windchill business functionalities and visualization services. Support Windchill Workgroup Manager and perform rehost/cloning activities. Manage and optimize license servers (e.g., FlexNet, LM-X). Collaborate with engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and systems domains. Ensure effective CAD, BOM, and Change Management processes. Integrate Windchill with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and MES. Troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–10+ years of experience in Windchill support and functional consulting. Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, PDMLink, and related modules. Strong knowledge of Windchill business administration and visualization services. Experience with Windchill Workgroup Manager and system rehosting/cloning. Proficiency in CAD, BOM, and Change Management processes. Understanding of middleware and enterprise system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other engineering applications such as Siemens NX, SolidEdge, Autodesk tools, MATLAB, Simulink, and Ansys. Familiarity with MBSE and systems engineering tools.
