The role involves maintaining and improving modules such as ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to build workflows, documenting business requirements, configuring reports, managing data integrations, designing forms, tables, workflows, and scripting components, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance policies. The candidate will also mentor junior developers and stay updated on industry trends.
