Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This position focuses on supporting business energy services programs and involves working closely with major customer accounts. As part of this long-term contract role, you will contribute to energy efficiency initiatives through audits, inspections, and project management while engaging with customers and the community. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and validate the technical aspects of energy efficiency applications, including energy savings calculations and equipment specifications. • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure energy-efficient equipment has been correctly installed at commercial and industrial facilities. • Prepare detailed requests for proposals to facilitate energy efficiency projects. • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to installed equipment or program details. • Perform facility walkthroughs to identify potential energy-saving opportunities and produce comprehensive energy reports. • Deliver presentations and conduct outreach activities to educate the community about energy efficiency incentives. • Provide project management support to ensure timely and successful completion of energy-related initiatives. • Maintain and update databases to track project progress and program results. • Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to document program outcomes.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in energy engineering or a related field. • Hands-on experience with energy audits and identifying energy efficiency opportunities. • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing energy consumption and systems. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and community outreach. • Familiarity with developing technical proposals and conducting equipment inspections. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proficient in database management and reporting software.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
