Location: Traverse City, Michigan (In Office)

Pay

• $1,000 per week salary
• Full-time Monday – Friday, with potential late days and weekends during the busy season
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $52,000.00 per year

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven construction site supervisor to join our team based out of our Traverse City location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Manager to ensure ordered materials are correct
• Create an open line of communication with customers throughout the project
• Conduct hourly inspections of work quality from subcontractors/crew leaders
• Make or delegate corrections to work quality
• Manage material needs and returns with documentation
• Communicate with the office team on the progression of the job
• Delegate trailer delivery and pick-up for each job
• Perform final walk-arounds and inspections on every job
• Collect final payments and complete job folders for every job

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in roofing and/or light construction
• Valid driver’s license required; chauffeur’s license preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to climb onto and walk on multiple roofing pitches
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push 75+ pounds
• Ability to perform basic math and problem-solving techniques

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
