About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Team at Eye to Eye is hiring a team of Social Media Interns to work on increasing brand awareness and recognition of our newest program initiative, The Neurodiversity Alliance. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Perform social media marketing research
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
• Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
• Write social media captions that speak to our target audience
• Help create and edit short-form videos
• Assist with photo/video content shoots

Qualifications 

• Passion for the mission, vision, and goals of Eye to Eye and The Neurodiversity Alliance with a commitment to inclusive collaboration that prioritizes and incorporates diversity and equity in all aspects of work. 
• Previous experience with social media marketing including but limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail and able to complete projects independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and take initiative to solve problems and meet deadlines
• Results-oriented - holds themselves accountable for short- and long-term success

Hours & Compensation

This is a remote position that will require 5 hours per week beginning April 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2024. Interns will receive a stipend of $100 per week for the duration of the internship.
