• A Mechanical Engineering degree at the bachelor's or higher level
• The requirement is for someone who has 10+ years of experience developing and releasing technical designs at the vehicle program level.
• The ability to execute designs from paper to physical hardware and supervise their successful integration at the subsystem and system level is necessary.
• Developing structural hardware, including technical familiarity with welding techniques and requirements, is something that is desired.
• It is desired to have experience in developing simple mechanisms for hatches and closures, including latches, springs, and other hardware that helps with effort, as well as seals.
• Having experience with RCCA methods is necessary
• A knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods is necessary.
• A familiarity with Teamcenter is necessary
• One must possess proficiency in CAD modeling techniques. It is necessary to have proficiency in specific CAD software packages, such as Siemens NX and/or Creo.
