Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise client, a generative AI data company. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Swift Coding Expert—Korean-speaking. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of the company's project deliverables by managing a dedicated pod of "contributors" who are working on translation tasks and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of data annotations.

• Pod Management: Lead and manage a pod of contributors with a primary focus on quality, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
• Daily Audits: Perform daily audits to assess and enhance the quality of data annotations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Contributor Support: Collaborate with contributors to address and resolve quality-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practices

• Experience as a Swift Coding expert/IOS Developer
• Strong project management skills with a focus on quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with contributors and stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze data annotation quality metrics and drive improvements
• Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with the team
• Previous experience in translation is a plus

- This position is anticipated to be 40+ hours a week for approximately a month.
