Element Recruitment are partnering with a Bristol based charity, who is in need of temporary support to help with an archiving project. As Archiving Assistant you will help sort and organise a large volume of paperwork currently in storage. This role involves reviewing, categorising, and managing documents to ensure that only relevant and in-date materials are scanned and saved, while outdated or redundant paperwork is securely destroyed. £13.50 per hour Bristol, parking on site 2-3 weeks, depending on how long the project takes Key Responsibilities Sort and review stored paperwork and files. Identify and separate documents for retention, scanning, or secure destruction. Ensure accurate scanning, naming, and saving of files into the correct digital systems. Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection and document retention policies. Keep an organised and tidy work area. Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency. About You Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks. Good organisational and time management skills. Reliable and methodical approach to work. Additional Information This is a hands-on role that involves handling old boxes and physical files, so casual dress is appropriate.
