Were on the lookout for motivated, outgoing professionals to join us as Healthcare Recruiters at our in-office location. You will be placing healthcare heroes in high-paying temporary roles and earn great pay doing it!
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Reach out to healthcare pros via phone, email, and text
Search resumes and databases to find top talent
Review resumes and build candidate profiles
Hit recruiting goals with drive and urgency
Build real relationships that make a difference
Recruiter Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in a high-energy, fast-moving setting
Experience in Recruiting or Sales
Excellent computer skills
High school diploma or GED, prefer some college experience
Recruiter Hours and Pay:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $22.00/hour + Commission
