DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg – Spine/Ortho Post-Op
Location: Meeker, Colorado 81641
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Night Shifts

Requirements:

• Active and Unrestricted Colorado RN License (required)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all must be current)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med/Surg with emphasis on Spine/Ortho Post-Op patient care
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Required per State mandate
• Patient Ratio: 1:5

Schedule & Expectations:

• 13-week contract assignment
• 3x12-hour night shifts
• Holiday coverage required – no holiday requests off will be approved
• Must be flexible, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Housing:

• Housing provided (possibility of shared 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment)
• Rent paid by employer
• No pets and no smoking permitted in housing accommodations

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrates strong clinical skills in post-surgical and orthopedic care
• Excels in patient assessment, communication, and time management
• Works effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Adapts quickly to varying patient needs and hospital protocols
