Patient Ratios:
Special Care Nursery: 1:1–3
LDRP/Couplets: 1:2–3
Typical Cases: 33 weeks gestation and above
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years NICU experience preferred
Certifications:
BLS (American Heart Association) – Required
NRP – Required
Skills: Must be experienced in NICU care and able to take postpartum couplet assignments
