What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Manager , you’ll start on a leadership track with hands-on training and real responsibility. Your role includes:
Leading a team and managing daily operations
Educating union members on their permanent benefits packages
Teaching financial literacy to middle- and working-class families
Using proven software to customize protection programs
Mentoring and training new team members
