Job Description
*Discover Your Happy Place in Veterinary Medicine*
We pride ourselves on cultivating a genuinely positive and supportive work environment. Our team is collaborative, professional, and drama-free—everyone pulls their weight and contributes to a smooth day-to-day flow. We LOVE to teach, so if you're new to the profession, you'll thrive in this practice.
*Support You Can Count On*
Our highly competent support staff significantly eases the workload for our veterinarians. If you’ve faced frustration with daily office calls, we’ve already fixed that. Expect less stress, more laughter, and real time at home.
*Efficiency and Trust*
We provide dedicated time during your shift to catch up on medical notes, callbacks, and research. In-house diagnostics—fecals, heartworm tests, CBCs/Chem/UAs—mean quicker results and fewer follow-ups, reducing miscommunication and errors. Our conservative approach to medicine helps build trust with clients, never giving the impression of upselling or over-prescribing. And yes—rechecks are FREE, making compliance effortless.
*We Make Transitions Easy*
You’ll use the medications you’re most comfortable with, and we’ll make sure you’re fully supported. Our beautifully renovated facility (2016) features modern digital equipment and cloud-based software, offering work-from-home access. We’re expanding to include ultrasound and lead with innovation. Texting is our go-to for client communication.
*Caseload & Culture*
*Our practice focuses on small animals, with a number of pocket pets in the mix. With zero drama and genuine camaraderie, this is a place where you'll thrive—and feel good doing it. Have a sick child home from school? Bring them to work! With a practice full of moms, we are VERY understanding of the need for flexibility. Our kids have all been raised together, and we have redefined the term "work family". We truly care for and support one another.*
