We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and organizational support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable using online tools to manage tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for team members

• Handle data entry, file organization, and online document management

• Conduct internet research and compile reports as needed

• Assist with social media management and content scheduling

• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone

• Coordinate virtual meetings and manage logistics

• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other online productivity tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with project management or CRM software is a plus
