WEDDING AND EVENTS VENUE SALES MANAGER

About the Job:

Are you a driven and charismatic sales professional who thrives in the exhilarating world of weddings and events? Do you love crafting unforgettable experiences while driving revenue growth? At The JDK Group, were looking for a Wedding & Events Venue Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales process for our stunning venues.

As the face of our venue sales team, youll guide clients from inquiry to booking, conduct engaging tours, and create seamless experiences that turn dream weddings and events into reality. Youll work closely with couples, corporate clients, and planners, ensuring that every detail is tailored to their vision while meeting business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Own the full sales cyclefrom initial inquiry to contract signingwhile providing a top-tier client experience.
• Conduct in-person and virtual venue tours, using storytelling and strategic selling to showcase our spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, and local industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Craft customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance venue offerings and sales strategies.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and bookings using our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with our catering and event planning teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Youd be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning, preferably in venue or catering sales.
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets in a client-facing role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilitiesyoure naturally warm, engaging, and loveable.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a knack for storytelling.
• A self-starter mindsetyou take ownership of your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for weddings, corporate events, and hospitalityyou love making celebrations come to life!

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with CRM tools
• Are connected in the wedding and event planning industry.
• Have a background in catering sales or high-end event planning.
