We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with hands-on experience in installing windows and related components. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work efficiently on various job sites.

*Responsibilities*

* Install windows in residential and commercial properties according to specifications and building codes.
* Measure and install window frames, ensuring precise fit and alignment.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
* Perform frame carpentry tasks, including door hanging, and trim carpentry, as needed.
* Apply caulking around window edges to ensure airtight seals and prevent water intrusion.
* Assist with drywall installation when required, ensuring a seamless finish around windows.
* Lift heavy materials as necessary, maintaining safety protocols on construction sites.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in window installation or related carpentry work is required.
* Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations is essential.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment commonly used in carpentry.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges effectively.
* A background in maintenance person services or general construction is a plus.
