Title: Entry Level Accounting Specialist
Location: Camden, New Jersey
Pay: $20 - $22 an hour
A global leading corporation is looking for an Entry Level Accounting Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties
including but not limited to invoice processing, processing payments, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, p roviding timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items, and much more!
Description:
- Match invoices to online POs in an accurate and timely manner
- Enter non-PO invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Review invoice entries for accuracy
- Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to our Company policy
- Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers
- Accounts Payable
- Invoicing (reviewing, entering and processing at least 200+ per week)
- Purchase Orders
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Internship experience strongly preferred
+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel
+ Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
