Job Description

Summary:

This person will be responsible for full-cycle management of IT hardware, which includes purchase, repair, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems and/or networks.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for procurement of IT hardware including but not limited to computers, phones, equipment.
• Oversee imaging and configuration of new computers, ensuring all new computers meet current security and technical standards.

• Deploy IT hardware to regional offices
• Installs/updates, tests, and configures software and hardware and/or monitors system performance.
• Provide onsite and remote t troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software/configuration problems, desk phones, mobile phones, printers, and network issues utilizing various means.
• Assists in the installation of all hardware, software, cabling and equipment.
• Sets up, configures and maintains network components like switches, routers, and peripherals.
• Performs preventative maintenance on system hardware and software.
• Analyze and protect information systems from external and internal threats. Implement and maintain security controls, policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches and cyber attacks.
• Diagnoses and fixes computer hardware and driver-related problems, including but not limited to problems related to malfunctioning hard drives, network cards, power supplies, and video cards and other computer subsystems and parts.
• Repairs, reconfigures or replaces defective or under-performing workstations, cards, CPU's, drives, cables or motherboards.
