A high-performing funds group in San Francisco is adding an associate to support growth across tech-focused private equity, venture capital, and crossover funds. The work is sophisticated, fast-moving, and tied closely to the Bay Areas investment ecosystem.

This is not a passive support role. If you want to manage core workstreams, engage directly with fund managers, and be trusted with substantial responsibility early, this team delivers that.

• Formation of VC, growth equity, tech PE, and multi-strategy vehicles
• Drafting and negotiating LPAs, side letters, subscription docs
• Advising on 33 Act private placements
• Unregistered fund matters under the Investment Company Act
• Advisers Act compliance elements tied to launches
