• Handle payroll operations across multiple states, adhering to regional tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Utilize ADP Total Source to manage payroll systems and maintain precise employee records.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employee satisfaction and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and assist with audits as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll-related processes.
• Manage payroll for an organization with over 100 employees, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Provide support for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations.
• Familiarity with processing payroll in multiple states and adhering to local regulations.
• Proficiency in using ADP Total Source for payroll management.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling payroll for organizations with over 100 employees.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with employees and internal teams.
