They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager with a background in Managed Print Services (MPS) to join this fully in-office team in Mesa, Arizona. As aSales Development Representative (SDR) Managerfocusing on MPS, you will lead and manage a team of SDRs specializing in selling MPS solutions to businesses. You will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline, developing MPS-specific lead generation strategies, and ensuring the success of the MPS sales team in a fully in-office environment.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of SDRs specializing in selling Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions
Develop and implement MPS-specific lead generation strategies to drive the sales pipeline
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align MPS sales activities with overall business objectives
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics specific to MPS sales to evaluate effectiveness
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize the MPS sales team's performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training for the MPS sales team
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and leading a team of SDRs in a fully in-office environment
Strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and their sales processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
