We are hiring a Security Site Supervisor to work at a commercial office building in Evanston, IL. Must have at least 2 years of security/hospitality supervisory experience.

Responsibilities of Security Site Supervisors include but are not limited to:

• Supervise the day to day operations of an assigned Client site, including working as a security officer if needed
• Manage a team of security officers, including participating in hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and discipline, and support.
• Ensure client and employee satisfaction through building effective relationships and proactive communications and management
• Complete operational procedures, including reviewing logs, shift responsibilities, patrol round information, and reporting, and update as needed
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Security Supervisors:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years experience as a security supervisor or directly related position
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Supervisors:
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
