Senior Enrolled Agent

An exceptional competitive compensation package:
Base, plus a production-based bonus (generally 6 figures)
Bonus plan that will start after 30 days of hire
Health/vision/dental insurance
Retirement plans available
Paid time off
13 Fridays off (during the off-season)
There is no competition with any other team, everyone is eligible for the production based monthly bonuses.
What you’re offering:
Has strong tax knowledge with at least 3+ years of experience preparing taxes
Enrolled Agent certification
Ability to prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns in various industries
Ability to communicate directly with clients and handle client questions
Ability to meet with clients (virtually and eventually in the office)
A team leader who enjoys working with their own team and the other team leaders
A self-starter with the ability to handle and manage multiple priorities at the same time
Ability to work overtime during busy season
