Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

Position Summary

The Staffing Recruiter plays a key role in supporting both job seekers and client companies by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance candidate relationships, client needs, and time-sensitive workforce coordination in a fast-paced, family-run environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Placement

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles aligned with both their skills and client requirements

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future staffing needs

• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure quality placements

Workforce Coordination

• Track employee hours and contract timelines to ensure accurate rollovers, extensions, or conversions

• Monitor attendance and performance concerns and address issues professionally and promptly

Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their assignments

• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding staffing needs, expectations, and performance concerns

• Support a people-first approach while enforcing company policies and client standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism

• Comfortable working in a small, family-owned business environment
